a couple of weeks ago i went to arkansas for a dear friend's wedding. since i was in arkansas i simply had to go visit my alma mater and spend time with friends there i hadn't seen in a while. lots had changed in the last fourteen years ... but it was fun to be back to see all the upgrades and reflect on the memories made there.

michael is COMPLETELY done with his m.div.
Michael finally finished his last paper on Friday ... and now he is D.O.N.E. - done! He has completed his Master of Divinity degree. I am so proud of him. It will be nice to have my husband back ... but then again I have never known him outside of seminary. All I know is that I am excited about it. We still have no idea what the future holds. I am trusting we will know soon...
Yesterday we celebrated Michael being done with some yummy dessert and friends.

transitions
Michael and I are about to begin a new chapter of our lives together as his schooling comes to an end in a couple of months. We have no idea what this new chapter will look like, but one thing is certain ... there will most likely be many transitions in the months to come. To mark one of the first transitions I have included some pictures from Michael's graduation on June 11 (he was allowed to walk since he is finishing up this Summer). He is getting his Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary and hopes to get a full time job in pastoral ministry.
